Bakery Terms & Conditions
1. Orders & Booking
1.1 All orders are subject to availability and are only confirmed once a deposit or full payment (as required) has been received.1.2 Custom cake orders should be placed at least 5 days in advance. Short-notice orders may be accepted at the bakery’s discretion.1.3 we reserves the right to decline orders that cannot be completed due to time, design complexity, or other limitations.
2. Payments & Deposits
2.1 A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required for all custom orders.2.2 The remaining balance must be paid 48 hours before pickup/delivery). Orders not fully paid by this time may be cancelled without refund.2.3 All prices are subject to change until a deposit has been paid.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
3.1 Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.3.2 No refunds are provided for change-of-mind once the order has been started.
4. Changes to Orders
4.1 Design or flavor changes must be requested at least 5 days before pickup/delivery.4.2 Changes requested after this period may not be possible or may incur additional charges.
5. Design & Decoration
5.1 The bakery will make every effort to match requested colors and designs; however, exact matches cannot be guaranteed due to lighting, material differences, and artistic interpretation.5.2 For custom designs based on photos, we recreate the overall style but do not replicate another artist’s work exactly.5.3 Fresh flowers or non-edible decorative elements must be disclosed in advance. The bakery is not responsible for reactions caused by flowers supplied by third parties.
6. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
6.1 While we offer options such as gluten-free, vegan, or nut-free, our products are made in a kitchen that handles allergens. Cross-contamination cannot be fully guaranteed.6.2 The customer is responsible for informing the bakery of all allergies.6.3 The bakery is not liable for adverse reactions to foods consumed.
7. Pickup & Delivery
7.1 Customers must check their order upon pickup or delivery.7.2 Once an order leaves the bakery, responsibility for safe transport and storage transfers to the customer.7.3 Delivery times are approximate. Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond the bakery’s control are not grounds for refund.7.4 Additional delivery fees may apply for certain locations.
8. Storage & Handling
8.1 Cakes should be transported on a flat surface inside an air-conditioned vehicle.8.2 Buttercream cakes should be refrigerated until 1–2 hours before serving.8.3 The bakery is not responsible for damage caused by improper storage, transport, or handling after pickup/delivery.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
9.1 If you are unhappy with your order, please notify the bakery within 24 hours with photos of the product.9.2 Refunds or replacements are offered at the bakery’s discretion and only for issues that are clearly the bakery’s responsibility.
Liability
11.1 The bakery is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries caused by consumption, transport, or misuse of products.11.2 Liability for any claim shall not exceed the cost of the product purchased.
