We also sell physical products, such as:

• Balloons and balloon décor kits

• Accessories related to events and celebrations

Bookings and Orders

a. Service Bookings

• All service bookings must be confirmed via our website, email, or phone.

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be specified at

the time of booking.

b. Product Orders

• Orders are confirmed upon payment.

• Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on availability, location, or courier

service.

Cancellations and Refunds

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations, changes or “no-shows” for any services or

events.

• For products damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We

may provide a replacement at our discretion.

• Clients may not copy, reproduce or use any materials without our written permission.

Force Majeure

• RoyalDecor is not liable for delays, cancellations or failure to deliver services/products due
