Dispatch Times:

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days of receiving your order. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking details wherever available.

UK Delivery Options & Times:
We offer the following delivery options across the United Kingdom:
 

• Standard Delivery – FREE (Delivered within 5-7 working days after dispatch).

 

• Tracked Delivery – £5.99 (Includes full online tracking and delivery notifications) Delivered within 2–4 working days after dispatch.

 

• Next-Day Delivery – £11.99 (Order before 11:00 AM Monday–Thursday for next-working-day delivery)

Orders placed after 11:00 AM, on Fridays, weekends or UK bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Please note delivery times are estimates and can vary due to courier services or seasonal peaks.

How Delivery Works:

Change of Address:
If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to adjust the delivery, but once an order has been shipped, changes may not be possible.

International Orders:
At this time, we ship primarily within the UK. If you require international delivery, please contact our support team for options and pricing first before placing an order.
