Setup Policy & Requirements

ZOOM CONSULTATION TERMS & CONDITIONS A £20 fee is required to secure your Zoom consultation. This fee covers the time spent discussing your proposal setup, understanding your requirements, and planning your bespoke decoration design. The consultation fee is non-refundable and is payable in advance to confirm your booking. Once payment has been received, your time slot will be reserved exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of the consultation fee. The consultation typically lasts 20–30 minutes and is intended to discuss your ideas, preferences, venue details, and budget so we can provide the most suitable package recommendation. Please ensure you are on time for your scheduled session. If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, the consultation may be cancelled and the fee will not be refunded. This consultation fee is separate from any booking or service costs and does not commit you to purchasing a package. However, if you proceed with a booking, the consultation ensures your setup is tailored specifically to your vision.
