Setup Policy & Requirements
1. Booking & Payment: Bookings are confirmed upon payment. A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date; the balance is due on setup day. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged in full. Rescheduling requires 48 hours’ notice and is subject to availability. If we cannot fulfil your booking, a full refund will be issued. 3. Access: Clients must ensure timely access to the location. For hotels, all permissions must be arranged in advance. Delays due to access issues are non-refundable. 4. Setup Times: Setups before 10:00 AM or after 7:00 PM may incur an additional fee. 5. Venue Restrictions: Clients must ensure compliance with venue rules. If setup cannot proceed due to undisclosed restrictions, full charges apply. 6. Setup Conditions: The area must be clean, dry and ready upon arrival. 7. Damage & Liability: Clients are responsible for damage caused by undisclosed restrictions or third parties. 8. Balloons & Decor: Balloons and decor are delicate and may be affected by temperature, humidity and environmental conditions. We cannot guarantee: The condition of balloons after setup due to external factors beyond our control.
