Setup Policy & Requirements

1. Booking & Payment All Bookings are confirmed only upon payment. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due on the day of setup. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled setup may be charged the full booking amount. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your booking, a full refund will be issued. 3. Access to Property / Hotel Rooms Clients must ensure timely and confirmed access to the setup location (hotel room or private residence) at the agreed time. For hotel bookings, it is the client’s responsibility to coordinate with hotel management and obtain any necessary permissions. Delays caused by lack of access may impact setup quality and timing, and no refunds will be provided in such cases. 4. Setup & Collection Times Any setup scheduled outside of standard hours (before 8:00 AM or after 7:00 PM) may incur an additional out-of-hours fee. 5. Venue Permissions & Restrictions Clients are responsible for ensuring that all decoration plans comply with venue policies and restrictions (e.g. no wall attachments, no open flames, helium limitations). If we are unable to complete the setup due to undisclosed venue restrictions, the full service cost will still apply. 6. Setup Conditions The setup area must be clean, dry, and fully prepared upon our arrival (e.g. furniture not arranged, wet floors). 7. Damage & Liability We take every precaution to protect the venue during installation. However, the client accepts full responsibility for any damages resulting from: * Undisclosed venue restrictions * Third-party interference 8. Balloons & Decoration Disclaimer Balloons and decor are delicate and may be affected by temperature, humidity, and environmental conditions. We cannot guarantee: * The condition of balloons after setup due to external factors beyond our control Agreement By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
