This form is your official request to secure event content creation with us. Share your event details, goals and the exact type of content you want captured so we can confirm availability and provide the most accurate quote + deliverables plan. Once reviewed, you’ll receive your confirmation, contract and invoice (deposit required to lock in your date).
Setup Policy & Requirements
TERMS & CONDITIONS – EVENT CONTENT CREATOR By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions: 1. BOOKING & PAYMENT A booking is only confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid before or on the event day. 2. SERVICE DELIVERY We will attend your event at the agreed date, time, and location to capture photo and video content for social media use. Final delivery timeframes for edited content (if included) will be confirmed at booking. 3. USAGE RIGHTS By booking, you grant permission for us to film and photograph the event and use the content for portfolio, marketing, and social media unless you request otherwise in writing before the event. 4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY The Client must ensure access to the venue and that filming is permitted. We are not responsible for restrictions placed by venues or third parties. 5. LIABILITY We are not liable for any issues outside our control, including venue restrictions, poor lighting, or event delays. 6. BEHAVIOUR & SAFETY We reserve the right to leave an event if we feel unsafe or disrespected. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
