Setup Policy & Requirements

- ACCEPTANCE By paying a deposit or invoice, the Client agrees to these Terms. The agreement becomes binding once payment is received. The Client is responsible for ensuring all event details are correct. - PAYMENTS A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining 50% must be paid a day before the event. Failure to pay may result in cancellation without refund. Services will not proceed until full payment is received. - SETUP & DISPLAY Setup takes approximately 3–4 hours and takedown 1–2 hours. The Client must ensure timely access to the venue. Decorations are displayed for up to 2 hours after setup. Extensions cost £10 per 30 minutes unless agreed in advance. - CANCELLATION All payments are non-refundable. No refunds are given once booked or work has started. We may cancel services if payment terms are not met. If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. - MEDIA USE We may take photos and videos for marketing purposes, including social media and websites. Clients must request in writing before the event if they do not consent to identifiable media use. - LIABILITY We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage during or after setup. The Client is responsible for guest and venue safety. Responsibility transfers to the Client once setup is complete. We are not liable for force majeure events. - CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY The venue must be ready and accessible at the agreed time. Delays may incur £10 per 30 minutes. Changes after setup may not be possible or may incur extra charges. - LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
