Setup Policy & Requirements

WEDDING CONSULTATION TERMS & CONDITIONS – ROYALDECOR A £50 consultation fee is required to secure your Wedding Consultation with RoyalDecor. This fee covers the time spent discussing your vision, providing professional guidance, and planning your decor requirements. The consultation will take place via Zoom call and is designed to discuss your wedding theme, styling preferences, venue details and overall decor direction. The consultation fee is non-refundable and must be paid in advance to confirm your booking. Once payment is received, your time slot will be reserved exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the consultation fee. Please ensure you join the Zoom call on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be cancelled and the fee will not be refunded. The consultation fee is separate from any booking or service costs and does not guarantee your event date. A separate deposit is required to secure RoyalDecor’s services.
